Belinda offers individual sessions to help people transform experiences of trauma. She specialises in areas of family violence, sexual trauma, religious trauma and systemic oppression, particularly with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Drawing from a range of approaches that combine the neurobiology of trauma recovery with body-based integration, Belinda uses TRTP (The Richards Trauma Process), Havening Techniques and EFT (Tapping).
