Reflective Practice Sessions
Belinda facilitates reflective practice sessions and delivers training on practice frameworks and approaches. She predominantly works within an intersectional queer feminist, trauma and violence-informed, and strengths-based practice approach.
Belinda highly values the opportunity to engage in reflective practice for her own professional development and has a keen interest and capacity to facilitate those spaces for others. She brings a wealth of experience in diverse roles, agency types and across service sectors. She has specialist experience in family violence, sexual assault and trauma-informed recovery, and LGBTQIA+ context and experiences. She but has also worked in homelessness, mental health, aged care and with adolescents. Her approach to reflective practice is to create spaces that allow for self-compassion, self-accountability and an ever increasing presence of curiosity and connection.
Group sessions are available online and in person.
